Chattanooga Police Department’s K9 team earns first place at regional explosive detection trials

Chattanooga, TN – Chattanooga Police Department Officer Isler and K9 Baba earned first place at the 2025 Region 22 Explosive Detection Trials held in Huntsville, Alabama.
The competition tested multiple K9 teams in several categories, including odor recognition, package and parcel detection, room detection, and vehicle detection.
The department congratulated Officer Isler, K9 Baba, and the entire K9 unit for their dedication to training and outstanding performance at the regional event.
