Chattanooga, TN – The Chattanooga Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred on the 1100 block of Jackson Avenue on December 19, 2025.
Officials said officers responded to the scene around 7:00 p.m. and found 18-year-old Wallace Milam suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Milam was treated on scene by CPD and Hamilton County EMS before being transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Homicide and Crime Scene units responded to process the area and begin the investigation. Authorities said a suspect has not yet been identified, and investigators are actively working to develop leads and gather additional evidence.
