Chattanooga, TN – The Chattanooga Police Department announced that the 16th annual Guns & Hoses event is scheduled for Friday, October 24, 2025.
The event features a friendly boxing match between local police and fire chiefs, with Chief Chambers and Chief Knowles recently holding a brief “meeting” in the ring to promote the occasion.
While both chiefs joked about which team would come out on top, they agreed that the real winners are the children benefiting from the event.
All proceeds from Guns & Hoses support the YMCA Y-CAP program and the Forgotten Child Fund.
