Chattanooga, TN – According to the state officials, for June 2024, benefits will be divided into two payments for those who received their May benefits early.
This adjustment ensures that Tennessee families receive the necessary assistance in light of the early issuance of May benefits.
The first distribution of June benefits will occur on May 24, 2024.
The second distribution will follow in June, aligning with the standard monthly distribution date.
TDHS, in accordance with the regulations set by the United States Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Service, is obligated to inform all customers of this change, regardless of whether it directly impacts them.
Normal deposit schedules will resume in July 2024.
