41-year-old man charged following narcotics investigation on East 5th Street

Chattanooga, TN – Chattanooga police charged a 41-year-old man after executing a search warrant at a residence in the 2500 block of East 5th Street, following a complaint from a community member.
According to the Chattanooga Police Department, narcotics, gun team, and neighborhood policing officers conducted the operation and recovered multiple controlled substances, a firearm, cash, and drug paraphernalia.
Police said the suspect faces multiple counts of possession for resale, including methamphetamine, crack cocaine, cocaine, fentanyl, and marijuana.
Authorities noted that the investigation remains ongoing.
