TENNESSEE – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred right before 11 p.m. Wednesday night.
It happened under the Vietnam Veterans Boulevard overpass near Rivergate Parkway in Goodlettsville.
When the Goodlettsville Police Department officers arrived on scene, they found the victim.
The woman was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
It is not known how the woman was hurt, or the extent of her injuries.
Authorities say the train crew was not injured.
This incident is under investigation.
