Chattanooga Fire Department partners with Blood Assurance for life-saving blood drive
Chattanooga, TN – The Chattanooga Fire Department has partnered with Blood Assurance to host a crucial blood drive on Monday, March 31, 2025.
The event aims to address a growing concern in the community, as several critical blood types are running low, putting local hospitals at risk of shortages.
The blood drive will take place at the CFD Training Center, located at 3200 Amnicola Highway, Chattanooga, TN 37406. It will be open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, providing an opportunity for residents to donate blood and potentially save up to three lives with each donation.
“We’re facing a significant challenge with blood supply in our community right now, and we urge everyone who is able to donate to come out and help,” said a representative from the Chattanooga Fire Department.
“Every donation makes a difference, and we are proud to partner with Blood Assurance to support our community in this vital way.”
Blood donations are critical, especially during times when specific blood types become scarce.
The CFD’s collaboration with Blood Assurance offers a direct way for residents to make a meaningful impact on local healthcare efforts.
For more information or to schedule an appointment, donors are encouraged to visit the Blood Assurance website or contact the Chattanooga Fire Department.
