Chattanooga, TN – A group of Chattanooga Police Department officers, alongside members of other agencies, participated in an Advanced Leadership & Supervision class hosted by the Law Enforcement Innovation Center at Collegedale Police Department.
The three-day course focused on equipping mid-level officers with the skills necessary to lead organizational change and transformation.
By completing this training, the officers enhanced their leadership abilities, which will benefit those they supervise, the department, and the broader Chattanooga community.
