CPD officer honored for disrupting gang violence during 2024 crime surge
Chattanooga, TN – The Chattanooga Police Department, in partnership with the Scenic Chattanooga Optimist Club, has named Investigator Chris Blackburn as the 2024 Respect for Law Officer of the Year, recognizing his outstanding service and impact on public safety.
