Tennessee – The Department of Safety and Homeland Security has announced that the Springfield Driver Services Center, located at 4676 Highway 41 North, Suite C, will temporarily close for a planned remodel beginning Wednesday, May 21. The center is expected to reopen on Monday, June 2.

During the closure, citizens are encouraged to utilize nearby Driver Services Centers, Driver Services partners, self-service kiosks, or take advantage of online services through the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security’s website at tn.gov/safety/driver-services/online.html.

Teenagers between the ages of 15 and 17 may complete their driver knowledge test online under the supervision of a parent or guardian using the Tennessee Proctor Identification (PID) app. More information is available at tn.gov/safety/driver-services/teengdl/knowledge-test-online.html.
