Tennessee – Hamilton County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Deputy Sheriff Jorge Araiza and charged him with one county of simple domestic assault.

Araiza was arrested at a home on Saylor Lane in Hixson on Monday after he was found to be in contact with the victim of said assault.

Araiza was in violation of a no contact order issued by the court, and that Araiza remains on administrative leave after his arrest last week.
