Chattanooga, TN – Shortly after midnight on April 24, Chattanooga Police Department officers responded to reports of a stabbing and robbery on S Kelley Street.

Upon arrival, officers immediately provided first aid to the victim, helping control blood loss until Hamilton County EMS arrived on the scene.

Thanks to the swift coordination between officers, the Real Time Intelligence Center, and footage from public safety cameras, a 23-year-old suspect was quickly identified and arrested. He is charged with especially aggravated robbery.

The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported for further medical treatment.
