Chattanooga, TN – According to the police officials, the Chattanooga Police Department staff and leadership participated in the Running Down Recidivism 5K, an event that focused on raising awareness about the critical support and resources needed for individuals during and after incarceration.
The event underscored the importance of providing the necessary tools to ensure that those released from incarceration embraced rehabilitation, steering them away from a return to crime.
