Chattanooga, TN – Chattanooga Fire Department promoted Joe Ervin to captain, with a ceremony attended by his family and crew from Squad 7 Green.

Chief Knowles praised Ervin as a strong leader, noting his dedication to training and his work in special operations, particularly the rope and confined space programs.
