Chattanooga police officers assist stranded driver during early morning hours

Chattanooga, TN – Around 1:30 a.m., a Chattanooga Police Department watch commander stopped to help a stranded driver, an effort that quickly grew into a team response.
Sgt. Horton, Sgt. Bramlett, and Officer Ziegler joined in to provide roadside assistance.
The officers worked through several challenges, including a difficult spare tire, two jacks, and a dead battery.
With teamwork and persistence, they were able to get the vehicle running again and ensured the driver could safely continue on the road.
Police officials said the incident reflected the department’s dedication to service and community support.
