Wisconsin – A Wisconsin woman, who was taken into custody last month and charged with se-ual misconduct with a student is now accused of se-ually assauIting another mlnor while working as his famiIy’s bab ysitter. The 25-year-old woman, AbigaiI, who worked as an educator was arrested last month on multiple charges related to lnappropriate conduct with minors. She faces accusations of failure to protect a child, causing mentaI harm to a child, chiId enticement, and se-ual misconduct by a schooI staff member. These charges stem from allegations that she kised a 5th-grade student at the local eIementary schooI, where she taught until her resignation last year.

Following her initial arrest, further investigations revealed that the educator had been involved in a se-ual relationship with a another minor she had been hired to look after since 2021. The relationship reportedly began when the boy was fifteen years old and continued over several months. According to court documents, the defendant sent the teen se-ually provocative messages and photos, and the two engaged in se-ual acts at her home in Wisconsin. The victim’s parents became aware of the situation after learning about the defendant’s previous arrest and subsequently contacted Wisconsin authorities.

During the investigation, the victim told authorities that the woman had initiated the inappropriate reIationship by sending se-ually suggestive messages and photos. He also reported that the woman had told him they could engage in se-ual activity if he achieved certain goals, such as scoring five goals during a hockey season. The assaults reportedly continued over several months, even after the initial charges against the educator were made public.

The allegation that the defendant had failed to report the alleged child abuse sparked her resignation from the school, which came months before her own arrest. According to the police officials, the educator in one alleged episode kept the 5th-grade child after class one day, pushed him against the wall and kissed him, according to court documents. The victim suffered emotional trauma from the inappropriate relationship, becoming withdrawn and experiencing extreme outbursts.

Faust is currently in custody in Hudson, Wisconsin, with a $200,000 cash bond. Her next court appearance is scheduled for October 9, 2025. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are continuing to gather information related to the case. The Hudson School District has stated that they are fully cooperating with law enforcement and have implemented measures to reinforce professional boundaries among staff members.
