Chattanooga, TN — Mayor Tim Kelly will host open office hours with constituents on Wednesday, July 31, offering residents a chance to meet one-on-one and speak directly with the mayor at City Hall.

“Our residents are the best source of insight we have,” Kelly said. “These Open Office Hours are an opportunity for us to hear directly from the people we serve. Every conversation shapes how we lead, where we invest, and how we grow as a city.”

Chattanooga residents can sign up for a 20-minute appointment by visiting cha.city/officehours. Meetings will be scheduled between 1:00 and 4:30 p.m. and must be requested ahead of time.

Slots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A member of the mayor’s staff will reach out to confirm each appointment.

The event will take place at City Hall, located at 101 East 11th Street in downtown Chattanooga.

While not all requests can be accommodated due to time constraints, the mayor’s office encourages interested residents to sign up and share their thoughts on city priorities and challenges.
