Chattanooga, TN – According to the state officials, under this legislation, affected individuals are eligible to submit a single claim for a refund on sales tax paid for major appliances, residential furniture purchased to replace damaged or destroyed items in their primary residence, and on building supplies used to restore, repair, replace, or rebuild their primary residences following the natural disaster.
