Shooting on McCutcheon Road sends woman to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries

Chattanooga, TN – According to the Chattanooga Police Department, the shooting occurred on Wednesday.
It happened in the 7000 block of McCutcheon Road.
Chattanooga Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found one adult female victim suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment, police said.
The victim’s age or identity have not yet been released.
Investigators with the Robbery Division responded to conduct an investigation.
