Chattanooga, TN – According to the Chattanooga Police Department, the shooting occurred Sunday night.
It happened in the 2700 block of 6th Avenue.
Chattanooga Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found one female victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
Police said the victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The extent of the victim’s injuries and is unknown at this time.
