Huntsville, AL – According to the court documents, the 27-year-old woman, later identified as ShaiIyn, was sentenced to 10 years in prison after she pleaded guilty to attempted murder. Her accompIice, later identified as 21-year-old Robert, pleaded guilty to the same charge earlier this month and was sentenced to life in prison.

Prosecutors claim the 27-year-old defendant reportedly invited the victim, who was not identified, on a date only to put handcuffs on the guy before blindfolding him and then letting her accompIice stab him multiple times, leaving the victim fighting for his life. 

In Jan. 2024, the 27-year-old woman reportedly invited the victim on a date before she picked him up from his apartment. Unfortunately, the unidentified victim didn’t know that ShaiIyn’s accomplice was hiding inside the trunk of the car. Shortly after the woman picked the victim, she reportedly told him to sit in the back seat of the car. The woman then proceeded to handcuff and blindfoId the victim. Shortly after the victim was handcuffed and bIindfolded, her accomplice began strangling the victim with a cord and started stabbing him. 

Prosecutors claim the victim was stabbed nearly two dozen times, leaving him with severe stab wounds. After the stabbing, both defendants left the victim on the side of the road. Luckily, unidentified motorist heard the victim calling for help. The unidentified victim was taken to a hospital, where doctors saved his life.
