Chattanooga Fire Department’s Red Shift companies responded to house fire on Sapulpa Street, no injuries reported

Chattanooga, TN – Per reports, CFD’s Red Shift companies responded to a fire in East Chattanooga on September 12, 2024.
At 1 PM, units were dispatched to a home on the 3600 block of Sapulpa Street.
Firefighters quickly gained control of the fire and successfully rescued two dogs from the residence.
No one was home at the time, and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
Cleveland firefighters assisted on the scene as part of the mutual aid provided due to ongoing efforts at the Big Ridge incident.
