Man became upset after observing how the worker was making his food order, believing it was prepared unsanitarily, only to shoot the store owner since ‘he became loud with the shooter and said he would do something to him’
Milwaukee, WI – According to the police officials, the 38-year-old shooter, later identified as CharIes, was arrested and later charged with multiple charges, including first-degree reckless homicide using a dangerous weapon and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon convicted after she shot and killed 27-year-old JamiI after he became upset because he believed his food order was prepared unsanitarily.
The fatal shooting occurred last week at the victim’s store. The investigation process began after the 911 caller told the dispatcher about shots fired at the location. The responding officers found the 26-year-old victim suffering from a single gunshot wound to the chest. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police officials said. The responding officers made contact with a store employee, who reportedly told them that the victim, who is also the store owner, told him there was a food order.
Several minutes later, the shooter reportedly came to the back of the store where the employee was cooking his food. The shooter then returned back and began arguing with the store owner. Shortly after, the employee heard a gunshot and saw the victim on the floor. The 38-year-old man was arrested shortly after the incident. During an interview with investigators, the man reportedly said that entered the store and ordered food.
The man also said that he became upset when he realized that the employee was preparing his food with no gIoves on demanded someone else remake his food while wearing gIoves. According to the police officials, ‘the shooter informed the store owner that it was unsanitary how his employee was preparing his food, then the store owner became loud with the shooter and said he would do something to him’. the 38-year-old man is being held on $200,000 bond.
