Chattanooga, TN – The Chattanooga Police Department is accepting applications for its free 9-week Community Police Academy, which runs from March 13 to May 8, 2025.
Participants will gain insight into police operations, including officer training, crime investigations, and community service.
The academy features immersive driving simulators, live K9 demonstrations, and more.
Sessions will be held Thursdays from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Chattanooga Police Department, located at 3410 Amnicola Hwy. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and pass a background check.
