Chattanooga, TN – The Chattanooga Police Department recently welcomed members of Leadership Chattanooga for a tour of the department’s Real Time Intelligence Center (RTIC).
According to CPD, visitors learned about the history of the RTIC, its role in supporting daily police operations, and the technology used by the unit during investigations and real-time response efforts.
Officials said the visit provided community members with an up-close look at how the department uses technology and intelligence resources to assist officers and improve public safety operations.
Police representatives added that opportunities like the tour help strengthen community engagement and educate residents about the work being done within the department.
