Chattanooga, TN – According to the police officials, the shooting occurred around 4:20 p.m. at a gas station on Highway 58.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found Ralph Smith with a gunshot wound.
The 47-year-old died later at the hospital.
CPD has arrested two 16-year-old teenagers for the shooting.
Both teenagers face charges of First Degree Murder and aggravated robbery.
One of them also faces an additional gun charge.
