Chattanooga, TN – According to the court documents, his name is Leshawn Turner and he was arrested on Monday on the felony charge.

The suspect is accused of raping a child on December 23, 2017.

According to the court documents, the victim was between the ages of 3 and 13.

He is due in court on July 9th.
