Chattanooga, TN – A recent collaboration between the Chattanooga Police Department’s Gun Team, Narcotics, and Neighborhood Policing units resulted in the arrest of 18-year-old Jayden Jones at a local residence.
During the operation, officers uncovered narcotics intended for resale, keys to suspected stolen vehicles, and stolen firearms.
Among the firearms seized was one equipped with an illegal machine gun conversion device, which enables a semi-automatic firearm to fire automatically.
Jones is currently facing 11 charges related to the illegal activity uncovered during the operation.
This arrest is part of an ongoing effort by CPD to remove individuals involved in illegal activities from the streets.
