Chattanooga, TN – According to the Chattanooga Police Department, his name is Nathan Davis and he is charged with attempted murder after he stabbed a woman Thursday night.
This unfortunate incident occurred right after 11 p.m. Thursday.
It happened on Tunnel Boulevard.
The victim told authorities that her boyfriend, Davis, accused her of wanting to kill his daughter.
The 39-year-old suspect then started stabbing her with a knife.
Police said the victim suffered 20 stab wounds.
Davis is being held at the Hamilton County jail.
