Texas – A 38-year-old man in Texas, later identified as Francesco, was sentenced to life in prison after he reportedly shot and killed five people least year after he was asked by the person who lives right next to him to stop firing his rifle because their child was trying to sleep. Authorities in Texas released a statement, saying the 38-year-old Mexican national was deported several times from the U.S. before he committed the crime in 2023.

During the sentencing, prosecutors said the defendant killed 28-year-old Sonja, 18-year-old Jose, 31-year-old ObduIia, 21-year-old Dina and 8-year-old DanieI. The 38-year-old man was sentenced after pleading guilty to multiple charges. Prosecutors said he is now eligible for deportation or parole. He will spend the rest of his life behind bars.

The fatal shooting occurred in April last year after the defendant was asked by his nelghbor to stop firing his firearm in front of his house because his baby was trying to sleep. The man who asked the shooter, WiIson, reportedly survived the incident, but lost his wife and son. According to him, they asked him to be quiet because the baby was scared from the gunshots 

According to WiIson, right before he killed his family members, the defendant walked in front of his home and first shot his wife. He then fired at him multiple times, but missed him. The defendant then went inside the home and shot the other four family members, killing them. The shooter then fled the scene only to be arrested several days later.
