Several Chattanooga area driver services locations will close for equipment upgrade, state officials say
Chattanooga, TN – Per reports, DSHS officials announced that several Driver Services Centers and partner County Clerk locations in Athens, Chattanooga, Cleveland, and surrounding areas will close next week for a one-day installation of new credentialing equipment and self-service kiosks.

– Crossville Driver Services Center (reopens on Oct. 15)

– Grundy County Clerk (68 Cumberland Street, Altamont)
– McMinn County Clerk (9 East Madison Avenue, Suite 100, Athens)
– Rhea County Clerk (375 Church Street, Suite 101, Dayton)
– **Wednesday, Oct. 16:**
– Cleveland Driver Services Center (301 James Asbury Drive NW, Cleveland)
– Monroe County Clerk (103 College Street, Suite 1, Madisonville)
– Sequatchie County Clerk (22 Cherry Street, Dunlap)
– Roane County Clerk Driver Services (reopens Oct. 17)

– Chattanooga/Bonny Oaks Driver Services and Reinstatement Center (6502 Bonny Oaks Drive, Chattanooga)
The new self-service kiosks will allow customers to perform various Driver Services transactions such as renewing or replacing a license or ID card, updating emergency contact information, advancing a Teen/Graduated Driver License, and paying reinstatement fees. These kiosks will also take photos and process payments using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a credit/debit card.
