Chattanooga, TN – This week, the Chattanooga Police Department investigated a shooting that occurred in the 2300 block of Windsor Street.
On November 24, 2025, at approximately 7:28 p.m., officers responded to reports of a person shot. When officers arrived, they learned that the victim, a 26-year-old man, had already arrived at a local hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.
Homicide detectives responded to both the hospital and the crime scene to begin their investigation.
According to the preliminary findings, the man had been inside a vehicle when a suspect approached and shot him. Early information suggested the incident was targeted.
The investigation remained ongoing, and officials noted that details could change as more information became available.
