Shelbyville, TN – According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, this unfortunate incident occurred Sunday afternoon.
It happened in the 3300 block of Sims Road in Shelbyville.
District Attorney General Carter requested the TBI’s assistance in the mysterious shooting.
Authorities say family members found the 51-year-old victim deceased in the yard.
He was later identified as Thoutha Peter Souphom.
