Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency to host 17th NASP State Championships in Murfreesboro
Tennessee – The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency will host the 17th National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) State Championships from March 12-14, 2025, in Murfreesboro at the Tennessee Miller Coliseum.
The event will bring together over 1,900 students from 97 schools across the state to compete in three age divisions: elementary, middle school, and high school.
The competition will begin Wednesday with two flights at 3 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. Thursday will feature seven flights starting at 8:30 a.m. with the final one at 5:15 p.m. On Friday, six flights are scheduled, with the final flight at 4 p.m.
The awards ceremony will begin around 5:30 p.m., following the conclusion of the competition.
The event is open to the public with no admission charge.
Central Magnet High School, Stewarts Creek Middle School, and Christiana Elementary School won their respective divisions at the 2024 championships, and many of the state’s best student archers will compete this year.
