Chattanooga, TN – According to the Chattanooga Fire Department, training exercise was underway near Highway 153 at the dam in Chattanooga, simulating a flooding incident.

Multiple agencies are participating in the exercise, which involves rescuing “victims” from the water.

This collaborative effort aims to enhance preparedness and coordination among emergency response teams in the event of a real flooding situation in the area.

Chattanooga Fire Department officials released the following statement:
