Tennessee – The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) will temporarily close Herb Parsons Lake starting February 10 for construction as part of the ongoing Bill Dance Signature Lake project.

The closure is expected to last approximately three to five days, depending on weather conditions.

During this time, TWRA will focus on improving the parking areas to increase access to the lake, making the area more accessible for visitors in the future.

While Herb Parsons Lake is closed, other TWRA Family Fishing lakes in West Tennessee will remain open for the public to enjoy.
