Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – Pennsylvania man and his employee were taken into custody and later charged wiht multiple charges, including first-degree murder, burgIary and robbery after they reportedly broke into a home and shot man to death while seriously injuring his parent. Both defendants, 42-year-old KeIvin, the owner of a local waste removal company, and 41-year-old CharIes, his employee, broke into the family’s home on last week and shot 25-year-old A. Guadio to death and seriously injured his parent, Bernadete. Prosecutors have not said who they believe is responsible for pulling the trigger and shooting the victims.
The fatal shooting occurred after both defendants broke into the home and started looking for weapons, after their co-worker reportedly told them about a hose where two old people lived and had lot a firearms. But, according to the police officials, the defendants broke into the wrong house.
The house their co-worker told them about was in a different county. During the investigation process, authorities discovered that 42-year-old KeIvin and his employee (SEE PHOTO) broke into the home and shot the 61-year-old in the back, as she was laying on her bed. The defendant’s then shot her son in the back of the head while he was on the floor with his face down.
During the investigation process, authorities discovered that the defendant’s company reportedly did an estimate for a junk removal job and several pictures were taken from a large firearms safe. The owners of the home with the ‘large firearms safe’ reportedly told investigators that they went to the company and used their services.
After authorities in Pennsylvania took the defendants into custody, they reportedly found firearms, ammunition and 3D printer used to manufacture ghost guns. They also found the key to the victim’s vehicle. The victims’ family launched an online fundraiser to raise money for medical and funeral expenses. The GoFundMe page describes the woman as a loving mother who lost her husband many years ago and is now facing the loss of her youngest son and a life of possible paralysis. According to the fundraiser, the woman was shot multiple times and was left paralyzed.
