TENNESSEE – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred in the 400 block of Sixth Avenue Friday afternoon.

His name is Mark Payne and he is charged with criminal homicide in the death of a 65-year-old man.

The 58-year-old man and the victim were involved in an ongoing dispute.

The victim was stabbed in the neck and was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he died.
