Nashville, TN – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred right after 9 a.m. Saturday.
It happened at Stewarts Ferry Apartments on Stones River Cove.
Metro Nashville Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found a victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
His name is Malachi Fondren and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators believe the victim was visiting a female person and her 27-year-old ex-boyfriend arrived.
His name is Deandre Dean and he was arrested early Monday morning.
The 27-year-old suspect was booked into the Metro jail.
