Wilson County, TN – According to the Mt. Juliet Police Department, this unfortunate incident occurred on Sunday.
It happened on Golden Bear Gtwy near I-40 in Mt. Juliet.
The license plate recognition system alerted authorities to a Chevrolet Traverse, stolen out of Kentucky.
The responding officers intercepted the vehicle.
Police say the driver crashed the vehicle onto a tree line and ran into the woods.
The suspects was arrested.
