Chattanooga, TN – This unfortunate incident occurred outside the Storm Car Wash at Mackey Avenue and East Brainerd Road around 4:50 p.m.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found two victims.
A 27 year old male was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries. A 29 year old was also taken to the hospital. One of them was shot in the leg.
