Chattanooga firefighters and police officers participated in a specialized honor guard training course in Florida
Chattanooga, TN – According to the statement, Members of the Chattanooga Fire Department and Chattanooga Police Department recently participated in a specialized honor guard training course in Florida.
The training, hosted by the Police Honor Guard of Broward County, provided officers and firefighters with the necessary skills to perform honor guard duties with precision and professionalism.
Nearly 70 public safety personnel attended the course, which emphasized the importance of ceremonial protocol and preparedness in handling honor guard functions.
The training aimed to ensure that agencies remain proactive in executing their duties during official ceremonies, memorial services, and other formal events.
The firefighters’ participation in the program was made possible through sponsorship by Blue Line Solutions.
The course provided an opportunity for attendees to refine their skills while collaborating with fellow first responders from across the region.
