The Democratic party’s war on America took out another target when Joe Biden nullified another piece of former President Donald J. Trump’s legacy. This time by canceling the creation of a national park that would honor the nation’s greatest icons. With another of his executive orders (that have replaced the traditional democratic process), Biden put an end to the National Garden of American Heroes. The collection of sculptures would have featured a diverse tribute to those individuals who made this country great.
On Friday, Biden revoked a series of Trump’s executive orders including the proposed garden. Additionally, he cancelled one that severely punished those who vandalized statues and monuments on federal property. This move sets the table for another summer of mayhem by Black Lives Matter and Antifa.
The garden would have included statues of many heroic black Americans including Frederick Douglass, Booker T. Washington, and Harriet Tubman. The latter of which the left has been fighting for years to put on the $20 bill by canceling Andrew Jackson.
Trump’s announcement of the tribute came during his spectacular 4th of July celebration at Mount Rushmore last summer. The year was marked by Democrats and the media encouraging criminal acts, including the destruction and defacing of historic statues as well as rioting and looting.
According to the then-POTUS, the Garden of Heroes would be “a vast outdoor park that will feature the statues of the greatest Americans to ever live”. It would have been open by July 4, 2026, the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
In his Mount Rushmore speech, Trump stressed the importance of protecting the nation’s history from those who are hellbent on destroying it: “Make no mistake: this left-wing cultural revolution is designed to overthrow the American Revolution. In so doing, they would destroy the very civilization that rescued billions from poverty, disease, violence, and hunger, and that lifted humanity to new heights of achievement, discovery, and progress. To make this possible, they are determined to tear down every statue, symbol, and memory of our national heritage.”
Trump added, “Against every law of society and nature, our children are taught in school to hate their own country, and to believe that the men and women who built it were not heroes, but that were villains. The radical view of American history is a web of lies — all perspective is removed, every virtue is obscured, every motive is twisted, every fact is distorted, and every flaw is magnified until the history is purged and the record is disfigured beyond all recognition.”
Trump’s Mount Rushmore speech concluded with a fireworks display that lit up the South Dakota sky, a celebration that is unlikely to take place this year after the Biden regime banned it under the pretense of COVID. Biden has also threatened to call off the Fourth Of July entirely if his vaccine metrics aren’t met.
The cancelation of the Garden Of Heroes was cruel and mean-spirited, but Biden just signs anything that is put in front of him by his handlers. These people are determined to erase everything positive about America in the finest tradition of the most repressive totalitarian governments in history.
Biden also nullified an executive order signed by Trump to conduct a review of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act that protects social media companies from liability. Now the Democratic party’s censors are not to be impeded in any way.
