CHATTANOOGA – Chattanooga Mayor Andy Berke delivered his annual “State of the City” address via online streaming on Thursday evening on April 30.
“As you know, this is the time of year when I usually deliver my annual State of the City address — but the state of our city is obviously very different now than it was even a month,” Berke said in a bulletin. “This year, my State of the City address will be streamed entirely online without a live audience.”
