Chattanooga, TN – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. Wednesday.
It happened at the intersection of East Brainerd Road and Hickory Valley Road.
Chattanooga Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found a man with gunshot wounds.
His name is Travis Peyson and he suffered life-threatening injuries.
This incident is under investigation.
