Chattanooga, TN – According to the police officials, his name is Timothy Meyer and he was arrested August 16th.
Meyer was arrested at the Signal Mountain Walmart.
Police say the 46-year-old man is a pastor of a Birchwood ministry.
The suspect fought with the responding officers officers, so they used a taser to make the arrest.
The alleged victim said she had asked the suspect to leave her alone several times over a 2 year period.
The 46-year-old man is also charged with criminal trespassing and resisting arrest.
