Hamilton County, TN – HCSO says this unfortunate accident occurred right before 3 p.m. Friday.
It happened in the 9900 block of Hixson Pike.
Hamilton County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a single vehicle accident with entrapment.
The responding deputies reportedly found 4 victims.
One of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene and the other three victims were taken to a hospital for treatment.
The victim’s age or identity have not yet been released.
