TENNESSEE – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred Tuesday afternoon.
MNPD officers arrested Fesnando Santos and charged him with aggravated assault.
According to the police officials, the stabbing took place at the Kroger located at 711 Gallatin Road.
Santos sustained a self-inflicted knife wound to his hand and is accused of stabbing a male customer in the hand.
Santos did not know the victim, and neither man sustained serious injuries.
He is being held in lieu of $500,000 bond.
