Cleveland, TN – Cleveland Police Department officials released the following statement:
“Your tips are usually on Target so we hope you can help identify this suspect! This individual successfully took over $1000 of merchandise from Target on Frontage Road in March.
He attempted it a second time but employees were able to stop the cart as he was pushing it out He fled before police arrived.
*We sometimes have that effect on people.
