Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Police Department officials say the accident occurred around 10:15 p.m. Friday.
It happened at the intersection of 101st Airborne Division Parkway and Peachers Mill Road.
Police said the 31-year-old driver that caused the crash fled the scene, but was brought back to the crash site by family members.
He was later identified as Benjamin Shulte.
Shulte was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries.
Another person who was involved in the crash was taken to a hospital with critical injuries.
This incident remains under investigation.
